Resolution Chiropractic is NOT in network with primary care insurance providers. We are out of network for insurance payments – however we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), HSA/Flex cards, cash, and checks. If you would like any information to be sent to your insurance provider, please let us know and we can easily provide that to you. You can then work with your insurance company for any reimbursement benefits.
Our current rates are as follows:
Initial Patient Examination: $125 ($100 for same day payment; if adjustment is appropriate and wanted during initial visit the total would be $149 for same day payment)
Adult Adjustment: $57-70 depending on regions adjusted. ($49 for same day payment)
Re-examinations: $95 ($75 for same day payment)
